About Rachel
Rachel Hallett is a Los Angeles–based social media strategist, multimedia journalist and content creator with a background in editorial storytelling and audience growth. Her work sits at the intersection of journalism, digital strategy and culture—helping brands, media companies and organizations connect with audiences through smart, story-driven content.
She currently works as a Social Media Editor at E! News, where she helps shape platform strategy and lead daily content across all major social channels. Previously, she was part of the digital team at FOX 11 Los Angeles and served as a social media manager at an LA-based creative agency, developing campaigns and managing brand voices across platforms.
Beyond writing (her first love), Rachel specializes in video-first storytelling for social media, with a focus on translating complex ideas, timely moments and human stories into engaging, shareable content.
Her reporting and creative work often explores culture, entertainment, and social issues, with interviews ranging from Jane Fonda and Tony Hawk to Chelsea Handler, Ben Stiller and Terry Crews.
